 "Finding FurEver" is a heartwarming children's book about a young girl named Abby who fosters her first dog, Charley. Charley is a sweet and silly mixed-breed pup experiencing lots of exciting firsts in his foster home. As they grow close, Abby wonders - can she help Charley find his forever home? 

About the Book

Follow Abby as she welcomes her very first foster dog, Charley, into her home, and her heart.

Watch as Charley goes from shy and hurt to happy and handsome, ready to find his FurEver Family.

Inspiring Fostering Tails

Mission

Our mission is to inspire families and children to be the next generation of animal rescuers. Fostering is an amazing way to spark that passion for helping animals, while learning real-life lessons that can be applied to every aspect of a child's growth. 

Finding FurEver follows Abby and her family through the ups and downs with their first foster pet.

About the Author

Stephanie Magram, DVM

Dr. Stephanie Magram is a passionate veterinarian with over a decade of experience in animal rescue and fostering. Her journey began while attending veterinary school on the island of St. Kitts, where she became deeply involved in helping animals find their way to safe, loving homes.

Since then, she has fostered numerous dogs and cats, combining her medical expertise with a deep commitment to animal welfare. Now a proud rescue dog mom to three of her own, Stephanie continues to advocate for fostering as a life-changing experience, for both the animals and the families who welcome them.

She is especially passionate about inspiring others to get involved and believes that introducing children to the fostering process can teach invaluable lessons in compassion, empathy, and responsibility.

Through her work and her writing, Stephanie hopes to make fostering more accessible, more rewarding, and more widely understood.

My name is Yevheniia Lisova, and I’m a children’s book illustrator from Odesa, Ukraine. I’ve been drawing for as long as I can remember and always dreamed of creating books for kids. For over ten years, I’ve been working in the field of children’s illustration and have illustrated many titles.
